By requesting staff through KitchenFlow, you confirm that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete
  • You are authorised to request staffing on behalf of your organisation
  • You will provide a safe working environment that complies with health and safety regulations

KitchenFlow reserves the right to refuse or withdraw services where conditions are unsafe, inappropriate, or misrepresented.

Staffing & availability

Staffing and availability

  • All staff supplied by KitchenFlow are vetted in line with our internal standards
  • Staff availability is subject to confirmation
  • We cannot guarantee cover in all circumstances, particularly at short notice

Where cover cannot be provided, we will communicate this as early as reasonably possible.

Care homes and clients are responsible for:

  • Providing clear kitchen routines and instructions
  • Communicating dietary requirements, allergens, and resident needs
  • Ensuring equipment and working conditions are safe and compliant

KitchenFlow staff must be treated with professionalism and respect at all times.

Fees and payment

Fees and payment

Fees will be agreed in advance or confirmed at the time of booking.

  • Invoices are payable within the agreed payment terms
  • Late or overdue payments may result in suspension of services

Cancellations

Cancellations

Cancellation terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Where possible, we ask that cancellations are made with as much notice as possible to avoid disruption to staff and services.

Limitation of liability

KitchenFlow is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by clients, or for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
